KIPP San Francisco Bay Academy is dedicated to providing its students with the knowledge, skills, and character traits needed to succeed in top-quality high schools, colleges, and in the competitive world beyond.

History

KIPP San Francisco Bay Academy is a public charter middle school that is open to all students and is focused on preparing its students for success in college. KIPP SF Bay Academy opened its doors in July 2003 in the Western Addition neighborhood of San Francisco. KIPP SF Bay was recognized as a California Distinguished School, an award given to ten percent of schools in the state.

Applications for the 2019-2020 school year are now open for Grades 5-8! Information about our fall school tours will be sent out to all families who have shown interest.  If you are interested in attending a school tour, but have not given out your contact information at one of our recruitment events, please send an email to enrollment@kippsfbay.org, and we will gladly accommodate you.
