College counseling services at KIPP Bay Area high schools also fall under the KIPP Through College umbrella. At KIPP King Collegiate and KIPP San Jose Collegiate, there are full teams devoted to supporting students’ pathways to college.
College counselors work directly with students and families at their respective high schools. Counselors teach college-readiness and admission classes, take students on college tours and provide one-on-one guidance and support.
